And we've become old and gray,
I promise I'll still grab thine ass,
And kiss thy skin most every day.
When the bones are frail and sore,
And my teeth are held with glue,
I'll love thee just as before,
And thy smile I'll e'er pursue.
Bring you coffee, pretty words,
Chocolate as a nice surprise,
And, as private time affords,
Kiss the lids of both your eyes.
When the world grows loud and strange,
And we find ourselves confused,
We may be too old to change,
But we can keep ourselves amused.
Someday, love, this time will end,
Let's have no regrets at all;
I'm lucky to have found a friend
In whom my love will never fall.
